HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO ARRIVE?
Once an order is placed, your item(s) will usually ship within 3-4 days but during busy periods items can take as long as seven days to ship out.
HOW WILL I KNOW WHEN MY ORDER IS READY?
For every order, we will send two e-mails. One e-mail will show the order details and confirm that the order was placed, and the second e-mail will tell you when your order is being shipped.
Each of our product pages features a sizing chart with the exact measurements of the shirts we sell. If you have any doubts please check these charts carefully before ordering! Note that our short-sleeve tees tend to be form-fitting so we suggest buying a size up if you are unsure. Give us a phone call at 866.452.3379 if you have questions related to sizing.
CAN I HAVE A REFUND OR EXCHANGE MY PRODUCT?
No refunds will be given for mistakes made outside of our control. This includes ordering a wrong size, style, or color.
We will issue refunds for orders that are defective, e.g. misprints, receiving the wrong color or size, or holes in the garment. If a return or exchange is requested, we will review the request and determine if a refund or exchange will be given. Refund/exchange requests must be made within 15 days of purchase. Turnaround time for returns & exchanges is about 1-2 weeks once we receive the item(s). For faster turnaround, we suggest that you use an expedited shipping service.
Please review your order before you finish checkout to avoid any issues. We will also send an e-mail with details immediately after your order is placed, and if there are any discrepancies in your order at that point, please contact us to make a change.
I ORDERED THE WRONG SIZE. CAN I CHANGE IT?
If you need to change details on your order such as size or color, please contact us by phone at 866.452.3379 or by email firstname.lastname@example.org. If you contact us very soon after your order was placed we may be able to help. However, once the order has been printed, we are unable to make any size changes or give any refunds.
